Specialist Support Coordination is designed for participants with more complex needs or barriers to accessing supports. This service provides intensive support to address challenges, manage crises, and coordinate multiple services, ensuring participants can access and maintain essential supports. The service is delivered by an experienced and accredited social worker, ensuring a high standard of care.

Early Childhood Intervention services are for young children (under 9 years old) with developmental delay or disability and their families. The focus is on early assessment, tailored support, and skill development to promote the child’s growth, participation, and inclusion. Services are delivered in partnership with families, using evidence-based, neuroaffirming approaches to build capacity and support positive outcomes in everyday environments.

Zeal Supports offers Capacity Building and Training in Self-Management and Plan Management to empower participants to take control of their NDIS funding and supports. This service provides practical guidance and tailored training to help individuals develop the skills and confidence needed to manage their own plans, budgets, and service arrangements effectively. The approach is person-centred, supportive, and designed to foster independence and informed decision-making.

Employment Related Assessment, Counselling and Advice is to assist participants in exploring, preparing for, and maintaining meaningful employment. Services include individual assessment, tailored guidance, and counselling to identify strengths, address barriers, and develop work-related skills. The approach is supportive, person-centred, and focused on empowering participants to achieve their employment goals and enhance their independence.
